New STBR address

With a huge help from shadzik and marTi (thanks guys for your support) I’ve been able to move our stbr to a new place. Your requests will be available under http://stbr.pld-users.org/ from now on. Everything else regarding the bot remains unchanged (so far, but I have some plans for it so stay tuned).

Maybe you should add a link to the howto http://pld-users.org/en/howtos/stbr-how-to-put-a-package-into-pld-repository on STBR site.

Uhm, and you should adjust “stats” too (in fact you should do it once a year and whenever you clear old databases).
